At Lust On, we ship all orders directly from our partnered manufacturing facilities in China to ensure product authenticity and quality.
Shipping Rates
We do not offer free shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.
Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery progress.
Delivery Timeframes
- International Delivery (including Australia) : Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and customs clearance times.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as international shipping delays or customs inspections.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Delivery Requirements
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at your nominated address. Discreet packaging is provided for all orders to ensure your privacy.
Shipping Insurance
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. The cost will depend on your order value. If you have purchased insurance and your order is lost or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
